Our Journey
After a decade in BD across companies like Google, Verizon, and Lemonade, Jaein experienced firsthand how much time was wasted by teams on cold outreach and misaligned deals. Frustrated with the inefficiencies, she teamed up with Tatsu, a ML engineer who had previously built predictive models that outperformed top forecasters.
Together, we’re combining business expertise with AI intelligence to turn partnership-building into a precise, data-driven advantage.

With over 10 years of experience in BD and partnerships at companies like Google, Verizon, and Lemonade, she brings a wealth of knowledge in fostering growth through meaningful, long-term relationships. A graduate of Harvard, Jaein lives in NYC.
Tatsu Ikeda – Co-Founder
As the technical mastermind behind Refership’s intelligent algorithms, Tatsu drives the development of the cutting-edge intelligence and algorithms that power our platform. Tatsu graduated from Carnegie Mellon and lives in Boston.
